BOOKING & PAYMENT
THE FULL SESSION FEE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR SHOOT DATE. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING, OTHERWISE THE DATE MAY BE RELEASED TO ANOTHER CLIENT.
CREDIT CARDS, VENMO, AND ZELLE ARE ACCEPTED.
THE SESSION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON IF NEEDED.
YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION ONCE AT NO CHARGE WITH AT LEAST 36 HOURS' NOTICE. ADDITIONAL RESCHEDULES ARE $50 EACH. SESSION CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE. SESSION CREDIT MAY BE EXTENDED ONE TIME FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS FOR A $50 FEE.

EDITING & DELIVERY
REGARDLESS OF SESSION TYPE, YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL USABLE IMAGES FROM YOUR SESSION.
YOU WILL RECEIVE LIGHTLY EDITED, HIGH-RESOLUTION JPGS IN AN ONLINE GALLERY FOR DOWNLOAD. GALLERIES REMAIN ACTIVE FOR 30 DAYS.
EVERY DELIVERED IMAGE RECEIVES STANDARD EDITING, INCLUDING COLOR CORRECTION, EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENTS, CONTRAST, STRAIGHTENING, CROPPING, AND LIGHT SKIN RETOUCHING. THE GOAL IS A POLISHED, NATURAL RESULT WITHOUT AN OVER-PROCESSED APPEARANCE. YOU SHOULD STILL LOOK LIKE YOU.
LIGHT RETOUCHING TYPICALLY INCLUDES TEMPORARY BLEMISHES, DARK UNDER-EYES.
FRECKLES, BEAUTY MARKS, AND OTHER PERMANENT FEATURES ARE PRESERVED DURING STANDARD EDITING. IF YOU HAVE ACNE OR OTHER TEMPORARY BLEMISHES AND WOULD LIKE THEM RETOUCHED WITHOUT ALTERING YOUR PERMANENT FEATURES, INDIVIDUAL RETOUCHING IS AVAILABLE FOR $25 PER IMAGE.
RETOUCHING REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID FOR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR SHOOT.
STUDIO INFORMATION
THE STUDIO IS LOCATED IN NORTH PASADENA, CA.
A DRESSING ROOM, CHANGING AREA, BEAUTY STATION, AND RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ON-SITE. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY.
HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES ARE OPTIONAL. PROFESSIONAL ARTIST RECOMMENDATIONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME AND CAMERA-READY. EARLY ARRIVALS MAY BE ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE WHILE THE STUDIO IS BEING PREPARED OR IS STILL IN USE.
LATE ARRIVALS REDUCE YOUR SHOOTING TIME. PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR TRAFFIC, PARKING, AND TRAVEL DELAYS.
MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.
